Warranty terms and conditions

  1. Compliance with operating instructions: To benefit from the warranty, the consumer must fully comply with the operating instructions provided with the product and must not allow any interventions on it by persons other than those authorized by Nivero.ro.

  2. Warranty exclusions:

    • Accessories and consumables, such as batteries and accumulators, are not covered by the warranty.
    • Breakable parts of the product, such as the casing or other components, are not included in the warranty.
    • Improper transport, drops, impacts, or other physical damage to the product are not covered by the warranty.
    • The absence of any accessory or parts of the product discovered after purchase is not covered by the warranty.

  3. Presentation of documents: The consumer must present the warranty certificate and the invoice (receipt) when registering a claim regarding product failure.

Conditions for voiding the warranty

  1. Physical defects: The warranty does not cover products that show physical defects such as impacts, chips, burnt or damaged components, or damaged or altered warranty labels or seals.
  2. Missing documents: Failure to present the purchase receipt/invoice and the warranty certificate upon requesting repairs may lead to the loss of the warranty.
  3. Failure to comply with usage conditions: The warranty may be voided if the buyer fails to comply with the transport, handling, installation, usage, and maintenance conditions specified in the product's leaflets and instructions.
  4. Unauthorized repair or modification: The warranty does not cover products that have been sent for repair to unauthorized persons/companies or that have undergone unauthorized modifications.
  5. Unauthorized corrections: Alterations made to the warranty certificate by unauthorized persons may lead to the loss of the warranty.

Important information

  • Improper repairs may affect product safety. We recommend that you perform any repairs/checks only at our workshop.
  • The product is covered by a legal conformity warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • During the warranty period, our service unit will repair or replace the product, as necessary.
  • The warranty period is extended by the time required to repair the product.
  • The repair or replacement of products will be carried out in accordance with legal provisions within a reasonable period of 15 days.
